Eden James is a Louisiana native and graduate of the Stella Adler Studio of Acting in New York
City, where she honed her craft with a focus on classical training and contemporary storytelling.
Her love for performance began in childhood and has grown into a deep, lifelong dedication to
the art of acting. Eden has appeared in a range of theater productions, including Dangerous
Corner (Olwen Peel), Cymbeline (Innogen), The House That Will Not Stand (Maude Lynn), and
Cadillac Crew (Rachel), bringing a grounded emotional truth and bold presence to every role she
inhabits.

In addition to her stage work, Eden is a gifted singer with a soprano/alto vocal range and a strong
affinity for character-driven music. She is also passionate about creating self devised, often
inspired by the voices and stories of women. Her original solo show, Many Faces of Eden,
premiered at Southern Rep and featured a series of monologues drawn from interviews with
women in her own family, showcasing her ability to blend personal history with theatrical
storytelling.

Offstage, Eden is a creative entrepreneur who runs a vintage clothing business, combining her
eye for style with her love for curation and storytelling through fashion. She is committed to
building a career that reflects her commitment to emotional depth, artistic integrity, dynamic
female-centered narratives, and the powerful range she brings to every performance.
